Text messaging program
DSPetSitting (Dave & Shelly) provides indoor home boarding and daycare for dogs in Lincoln, Nebraska (68516 service area). This page describes how end users consent to receive SMS from DSPetSitting.
Programs
- Phone OTP (authentication). One-time codes when you choose Phone OTP on sign-in, or Phone on create account. Delivered via Twilio Verify. First successful code on a new number creates your account.
- Booking and service texts (optional). Transactional messages about booking requests, acknowledgements, schedule updates, and drop-off or pick-up reminders. Not marketing. Consent is never required to create an account or request a booking.
How end users opt in
Path 1 — Phone OTP: Visit https://www.dspetsitting.com/login (Phone OTP) or https://www.dspetsitting.com/register (Phone tab on create account), enter a US mobile number, check the unchecked-by-default consent box (one-time code; message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help; links to Terms and Privacy), then tap Send code.
Path 2 — Booking/service SMS: At https://www.dspetsitting.com/register (create account) or https://www.dspetsitting.com/account (signed-in account settings), optionally enter a US mobile number and check a separate unchecked-by-default consent box for transactional booking/service texts (up to about 8 messages per month; message and data rates may apply; STOP/HELP). You can register and book without opting in.

Help and opt-out
Reply STOP to cancel booking/service texts, or HELP for help. Stopping booking texts does not disable Phone OTP if you continue to use phone sign-in. Email support@dspetsitting.com.
