Terms of service

By requesting a booking, you agree that we may decline or adjust a booking when it is not a good fit for the home, the pack, or house rules.

When you request a booking, you must e-accept the current Service Agreement and Emergency Veterinary Authorization (unchecked required checkboxes + typed name). Draft wording awaits Nebraska attorney review before soft-pilot go-gate. Cancellation details are on the cancellation page.

Text messaging

DSPetSitting may send two kinds of automated texts to a mobile number you provide: authentication codes (OTP), and — only if you opt in — transactional booking and service messages. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For assistance, reply HELP to the number that texted you, or contact support@dspetsitting.com. To stop booking and service texts, reply STOP at any time. Stopping booking texts does not automatically disable Phone OTP if you continue to use phone sign-in. Program summary: Messaging.

Message frequency. OTP message frequency varies (typically one code per sign-in request). If you opt in to booking and service texts, you may receive up to about eight messages per month depending on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Authentication (OTP). By providing your phone number and checking the unchecked-by-default consent box on https://www.dspetsitting.com/login, then requesting a sign-in code, you consent to receive a one-time transactional security code from DSPetSitting for account authentication. Message and data rates may apply.

Booking and service program. By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox (never pre-selected) on Create account (https://www.dspetsitting.com/register) or Account (https://www.dspetsitting.com/account), you consent to receive automated transactional text messages from DSPetSitting about booking requests and acknowledgements, requests to submit required information, booking acceptance, schedule updates, and upcoming drop-off or pick-up reminders, including links to take action at https://www.dspetsitting.com. These messages are not marketing or promotional advertising. Consent is not required to create an account, request a booking, or purchase services. Message and data rates may apply.

Non-sharing. We do not sell or share mobile numbers, opt-in records, or phone consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Privacy details are on our Privacy page.
