We collect account, pet, and booking details to care for your dogs — not to sell lists.

Pet notes and your contact information stay with DSPetSitting. We use them only to care for your dogs and run your bookings.

Phone numbers and text messages

We may collect your mobile phone number when you use Phone OTP sign-in and/or when you opt in to receive transactional text messages from DSPetSitting. See the Messaging program page for opt-in paths and screenshots.

Message frequency. For Phone OTP, message frequency varies (typically one authentication code per sign-in request). For booking and service texts after you opt in, you may receive up to about eight messages per month depending on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Authentication (OTP). If you choose Phone OTP sign-in at https://www.dspetsitting.com/login, we use your number to send a one-time authentication code and to identify your account after you check the unchecked-by-default consent box. Message and data rates may apply.

Booking and service texts. If you opt in (unchecked consent checkbox on Create account or in Account), we may send automated transactional SMS about booking requests and acknowledgements, requests for additional information, booking acceptance, schedule updates, and upcoming drop-off or pick-up reminders, including links to complete required steps at https://www.dspetsitting.com. These messages are service-related, not marketing or promotional advertising. Consent is not required to create an account or request a booking. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel booking/service texts anytime. Message and data rates may apply.

Non-sharing of mobile numbers. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use Twilio to deliver authentication codes and (when you opt in) booking/service texts; Twilio processes your number only to send, deliver, and (for OTP) verify those messages.

We keep phone and SMS-related records only as long as needed for account security, service delivery, and compliance (including proof of messaging consent). Contact support@dspetsitting.com with privacy questions.
